3 Step Powder Coating Process

Our process begins with meticulous pre-treatment, recognising its crucial role in achieving a resilient finish. Next, through precise application techniques, we expertly statically charge powder particles and release them onto the grounded work piece using a corona gun, ensuring consistent film thickness and gloss levels. Following application, our continuous conveyor and gas-fired tunnel oven heat components to 200°C (390°F), melting the powder to form a durable coating. Additionally, our expansive box oven accommodates large fabrications up to 2m3, further expanding our capabilities.
