Our Screen Printing Capabilities

Our purpose-built screen printing studio offers comprehensive capabilities to meet diverse needs. We specialize in 2-pack screen inks for metal, ensuring chemical resistance, and vinyl 2-pack screen inks for plastics and polycarbonate overlays. With the ability to print multiple colors in the full Pantone range, we cater to custom requests. Our facility accommodates screen printing up to 48” x 40” (122cm x 102cm), with all screens and artwork manufactured in-house to reduce lead times. Utilizing the latest RIP software, we produce artwork from various file formats to match your designs. Our Canon iPF605 large format printer handles prints up to 600mm (23.5”) wide, while our 3D hand bench can screen items up to 48” x 40” x 24” (122cm x 102cm x 61cm) high. We also have an ultraviolet exposure light unit for manufacturing screens up to 48” x 40” (122cm x 102cm) and a small hand bench (24” x 24”, 61cm x 61cm) for prototype and short-run work.
